Hi! My name is Lauren. My passion is helping small businesses connect with their customers through authentic and creative communications. I share a sweet goldendoodle named Bowie with my husband Colin in Silver Spring, MD. I’ve lived in the Washington, D.C. area for over a decade and I’ve come to know and love the small businesses in this vibrant community.

I believe that the heart of connecting businesses with their customers is storytelling - creatively and clearly communicating who your business is and why your customer should love it.

What is your favorite part of working with LAM?

I love being a part of the behind the scenes with our clients. From photo shoot to publishing content - we get to help our clients hard work and vision come to life.

What are you best at?

Organization, organization, organization. And I am very detail oriented. But I can see how every detail fits into the bigger picture, and I know how important that is to making any plan work.

What can LAM clients expect when they work with you?

Efficiency. I will always make sure that we meet their goals on time and on budget.
